FINANCE

Accountant


  • • Handle full set of accounts, mainly on Accounts Receivable reconciliation, month-end entries, and coupon handling

  • • Maintain general ledger, fixed asset register and other accounting records with accuracy

  • • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities

  • • Follow up enquiries with business partners and cross departments

  • • Diploma or above qualification in Accounting/ Finance or related subjects

  • • 3-5 years' solid experience in handling A/C Receivable in Retail Industry is a MUST

  • • Proficient PC skills in MS Office with knowledge of SAP


Assistant Accountant


  • • Handle accounts payable/ receivable

  • • Reconcile sales record to POS

  • • Assist and collect and reconcile the coupon payment with landlord

  • • Assist in preparing monthly accounting closing on a timely basis

  • • Assist in preparing management account reports

  • • Perform ad hoc project as assigned

  • • Diploma or above qualification in Accounting/ Finance or related subjects

  • • 2 years' solid experience in Retail Industry is a MUST

  • • Familiar with SAP and proficient in MS Office applications

  • • Open-minded and willing to take up new challenges


Accounting Assistant


  • • Handle accounts payable & receivable for multi brands

  • • Daily processing of general journals, invoices, payments and remittances

  • • Prepare petty cash reimbursement

  • • Maintain fixed assets register

  • • Perform ad hoc project as assigned

  • • Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or related subjects

  • • Familiar with SAP system is an advantage

  • • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

  • • Open minded and willing to take up ad-hoc projects
